Our Terms & Conditions

• Is on top of the manufacturers guarantee which you will recieve with any ladder we install for you. 
• Is covered by Vital Loft Solutions and not backed by any 'insurance backed guarantee policy' 
• Is only valid in the property we attended and it cannot be transferred if you move.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
•  It includes all products we have installed for you including fixings (but not the batteries in your lights). 
• Everything is covered unless:

1. You have deliberately or accidentally caused damage.
2. You have failed to follow our advise on the maintenance.
3. You have modified the installation process in anyway.
