What services does Vital Loft Solutions offer?
At Vital Loft Solutions we aim to meet all your expectations for extra storage and easy access to your loft space.
We offer:
- Loft Boarding
- Loft Ladders
- Loft Insulation
- Loft Lighting (Battery or Wired)
- Loft Shelving
- Loft Hatches
Will it invalidate your new home warranty?
No! – The NHBC and CDM regulations require your loft to be boarded if it contains serviceable equipment. The NHBC Warranty Policy does not state anything that challenges suitably installed lofts.
How much does a consultation with Vital Loft Solutions cost?
Our initial consultation is completely free! During this appointment, we will visit your home and discuss your needs and goals, evaluate your loft space and provide you with a personalised plan with a quote best suited to you.
Do we offer a clearence service?
Yes, we offer a clearance service. The price is dependent upon the scale of work that is needed.
We will discuss this in the consultation.
What areas do we cover?
We currently cover Peterborough, Spalding, Stamford, March and Oundle.
We will hopefully expand our services in the future.
Do we offer a full loft conversions?
No, unfortunately we do not offer full loft conversions.
How long will it take?
We cannot guarantee a time without seeing the work. As we know, everyone is different and we try our best to give you a service as quickly as possible. Our number 1 rule is ensuring it is safe and to your expectations. It can take days to weeks.
Do you need to be present when the work is being carried out?
No, we understand everyone has a different schedule and cannot always be present. With permission we will enter the property and carry out the work professionally.
What happens if something is damaged throughout the process?
We will always try to insure to be as safe and careful as possible, but in the unlikely event something happens we will aim to fix the issue to your expectations. We hold £1m of Public Liability insurance.
Do we provide a guarantee?
Yes, all our work comes with a Lifetime Guarantee. We will provide you with the paperwork to hold on too.
Can you receive a quote over the phone?
We will try our best to provide you with an estimation; but we will need to attend your property to give you the final price. What we quote you is what you pay.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 10% deposit is necessary for projects exceeding a specific cost. Should you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable. However, if cancellation occurs prior to this timeframe, we will promptly refund your deposit. This policy is in place to safeguard our business against potential losses. Should you wish to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate alternative dates.
